Your dynamic environments require our team to be proficient in a variety of disciplines. The majority of our on-site leadership is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. In addition, we have Black Belts and a Master Black Belt who is certified to train and certify others. All our performance coaches are skilled in the disciplines of work measurement, production planning, line balancing, micro movement techniques, flow/floor layout, Kaizen, Quality processes, Kanban/inventory, 5-Why/Root Cause analysis, Poke Yoke, 5-S, GMP, HAACP and food safety.
