REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER to manage continuous improvement initiatives; Lead and supervise creation of process documentation including One Point Lessons (OPL), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), training records and templates to track and manage workforce training; Lead, approve and oversee implementation of design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace drafted by Continuous Improvement Managers (CIM); Oversee the performance of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by CIM and ensure operations team implements all countermeasures for improvement; Manage, review and approve project documentation including reports and plan of action using Lean principals including Visual Management, Work Cells, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Value Streams Maps, Ishikawa, SMED, One Point Lesson, SIPOC and nVISION; Develop quarterly business review presentations based on site-specific data extracted by CIM; Review and approve operating procedures manuals created by CIM; Manage data collection methods and verify data collected by CIM; Train and mentor CIM. Require: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related Engineering discipline with 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM). Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Extensive travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites for Insourcing Model assignments of various unanticipated duration within the US is required.
